2 Transactions concluded through our site

2.1 Contracts for the supply of piano exercises or any other material which may be available for download from time to time (Products) which are formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.

3 Licence

3.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

3.2 In respect of any Products purchased from our site or any other website material we publish on this site, you may print off one copy, and may download extracts, for your personal reference.

3.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

3.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

8.2 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11.2 Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right.

11.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.

11.4 Nothing in these terms is intended to, nor shall it, confer any benefit on a third party whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

11.5 We may amend these terms at any time by posting a variation on our site.
