This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms
of use on which you may make use of our website www.thepianostudio.co.uk (our
site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use
carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that

1 Information about us
1.1 Our site is operated by Richard Meyrick, 35 St James’s Road, Gravesend,
Kent DA11 OHF (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
2 Transactions concluded through our site
2.1 Contracts for the supply of piano exercises or any other material which
may be available for download from time to time (Products) which are formed
through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of
supply.
3 Licence
3.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in
our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by
copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
3.2 In respect of any Products purchased from our site or any other website
material we publish on this site, you may print off one copy, and may download
extracts, for your personal reference.
3.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have
printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations,
photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any
accompanying text.
3.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of
material on our site must always be acknowledged.
3.5 You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial
purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any

5 Information about you and your visits to our site

6 Visitor material and conduct
The site does not contain chatrooms or allow visitors to upload information
to the site.

7.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair
and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you
must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association,
approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
7.2 You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by

7.3 Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link
to any part of our site other than the home page. We reserve the right to
withdraw linking permission without notice.

8 Viruses, hacking and other offences

harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the
server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected
to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a
distributed denial-of service attack.
8.2 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under
the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law
enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by
disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to
use our site will cease immediately.
8.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed
denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that
may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary
material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material
posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
9 Liability
9.1 The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees,
conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we,
and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

10 Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11 General
11.1 Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address at the end
of these terms by email confirmed by post.
11.2 Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such
right.
11.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.
11.4 Nothing in these terms is intended to, nor shall it, confer any benefit
on a third party whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
or otherwise.
11.5 We may amend these terms at any time by posting a variation on our
site.
11.6 You may print and keep a copy of these terms for reference. They are a
legal agreement between you and us and can only be modified with our
consent.
